BARRY GIBBS
Managing Consultant
Born and educated in Beaminster, Barry is a former President of the Institution of Professionals, Managers and Specialists. He was appointed an arbitrator to Eurocontrol and mediated in a dispute between Russian air traffic controllers and the Yeltsin Government (then new).
His fifteen years of consultancy experience follows more than twenty years of senior trade union and management experience and service at Employment Tribunals. This has been recognised by a current appointment to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the most senior lay judiciary posts.
Clients have included international and national companies, and charities and local businesses dealing with Chairmen, MDs, CEOs, Human Resource and other directors. They have appreciated his skills in trouble-shooting seemingly intractable workplace problems as well as conducting independent enquiries and investigations.
